General Rules, Terms and Conditions:
1. No tearsheets or proofs of run will be provided.
2. Ads are inserted (printed) once per week per publication. The day of the
week an ad will be inserted varies newspaper to newspaper and can not
be guaranteed.
3. Participating newspapers have agreed to run ads providing the particular
ad meets the individual newspaper's standards and policies.
4. No cancellation or ad copy changes after deadline.
5. Lists of newspapers and circulation numbers in the network are subject
to change without notice.
6. US Newspapers cannot guarantee the response received by advertisers.
Effective advertising involves many factors including frequency, consumer
interest, ad content, etc. US Newspapers is not responsible if your ad
does not generate the results you anticipated.
7. This agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the
laws of California. The parties agree and submit to the jurisdiction and
venue of the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Orange,
with respect to any Legal Action seeking to enforce any provision of, or
based on any matter arising out of, or in connection with, this Agreement.
8. In the event of any Legal Action by any party arising under or out of this
Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s
fees, costs and expenses incurred in such Legal Action.
